Our adjustable desks allow you to sit or stand when necessary. There are extra screens, comfortable chairs, couches and outdoor seating for whatever mood you want to work in.

Flexi-working hours

We recognise some work best as nocturnals, others as diurnals, so we created a system to serve both. Come in early, leave early or come late and leave late. It’s your choice!

Complementary equipment & tools

Whatever technology, software, subscriptions, tools or equipment you need to get your work done is provided. If it’ll improve your work and your joy, we’ll get it for you.

Health Insurance

Full year medical, vision and dental coverage for you. We’ve partnered with a reliable health insurance provider that has a wide range of medical facilities under their scheme.

Paid Parental Leave

We support new parents as we strongly believe in family. New moms get 3 months maternity with a surety of returning to the same role.

Paid Chill Time

All work and no vacay makes QodeHub a dull place. Each person gets 22 paid annual leave days to chill, retreat, vacay and return full of good energy and fresh ideas.

Personal Training

We have subscriptions on LinkedIn Learning and Laracasts to promote self paced learning. Any other personal development resources are readily available upon request.

SSNIT + Tier 2 Pension Schemes

Retirement is inevitable and we play our part in preparing you for that time. We pay the mandatory SSNIT contributions for you and also have a tier 2 scheme with Petra Trust.

I’m not Ghanaian, can I still apply?

We love diversity o’er here. We’ve had Malawian interns, Nigerian designers and developers, Togolese illustrators and Ivorian web designers. You can most definitely apply, when we meet you and you are a great addition to the team, we will do our company and human best to get you here with us!

Do you always have vacancies?
